Chef Avner Samuel has set the opening date for his grand reintroduction into the Dallas culinary world. Nosh Bistro will open on August 13, with reservations already available on Resy. We wrote about Samuel back in June and he revealed that a lot will be different than in the previous Nosh iterations.
At the time, he touted new menu items such as Wagyu Kobe burgers, seared divers scallops and ravioli as a few dishes he was planning to cook. It looks like he’s added on a ton more Mediterranean cuisine options since then. The official dinner menu includes Avner’s Original Tortilla Soup, Braised Short Rib, Roasted Lamb Shank and Za’atar Crusted Ahi-Tuna.
There’s also an extensive sweets menu with Cardamom Star Anise Flan, Sumac Doughnut Holes, Persian Peach a la Plancha, and much more.
