Nosh Bistro, chef Avner Samuel's new restaurant opening soon in Preston Hollow, has a chef de cuisine: Lori Finkelman, who brings more than 40 years of experience, previously serving as executive chef for ExxonMobil World Headquarters, The Riviera, and more.
