Nosh Bistro, helmed by Chef Avner Samuel, Comes to Dallas Late Summer

Dallas Culinary Icon Announces Opening of New Restaurant in Preston Hollow

DALLAS, TEXAS (June 3, 2019) - Renowned Dallas Chef, Avner Samuel, announces his evolved restaurant concept, Nosh Bistro, set to open in late summer 2019.

After spending the past two and half years in Israel, Chef Samuel steps back into the Dallas dining scene with new culinary inspirations, which will be reflected in the restaurant’s menu.  Open for lunch and dinner daily, Nosh will feature a widespread menu and rotating specials that are a perfect fusion of globally inspired cuisine with strong Mediterranean, American and Asian cultural influences.

“Going back to Israel and immersing myself in the environment where I was first introduced to the art of cooking brought an edge back into the way I look at food and the guest experience I aim to create at Nosh Bistro,” said Chef Avner Samuel. “Some of my most fond memories involve time spent in the kitchen and seated around the dinner table, and I hope to gift that to everyone that comes into the restaurant.”

Diners can expect chef-driven, yet approachable cuisine with an emphasis on incorporating fresh ingredients into every dish.  A few items include:

●      Wagyu Kobe Burger

●      Seared Divers Scallops

●      Black Maine Lobster Ravioli

Nosh will also offer brunch every Sunday and will feature distinctive twists on popular favorites, such as Eggs Benedict with Beef Tenderloin, French Thin Crepes, and Steak and Eggs.

“I look forward to bringing the revamped concept of Nosh back to the Dallas dining scene as Nosh Bistro,” said Chef Avner Samuel.  “By using my new found inspiration over the past few years, I’m excited to provide guests with a refreshed menu and heightened experience.”

Located at 8611 Hillcrest Road, the restaurant will boast an inviting ambiance encouraging guest interaction through features such as a 12-seat chef’s table and bar top dining offering chef’s tasting menu that will overlook the display kitchen; a patio that will offer an all-day menu, Monday through Saturday; cooking classes for adults and children on alternating Saturdays; and more.  All of the restaurant’s amenities will be centered around elevating the diner’s experience, including a mid-century modern design, an impressive wine room available for private dining and a welcoming outdoor patio.
